Desktop IE10:

Windows Phone 8:

Press and hold on the bookmarklet link and tap on "Copy Link"
Tap "..." to bring up the lower application bar
Tap "Add to Favorites"
Give the Bookmarklet a name (I usually begin bookmarklets with "-" so they appear first in the list)
Paste copied link into "Web Address"

Helpful Bookmarklets

Fix Hover Menus - This makes every link hover on the first tap, and navigate on the second tap. This allows you to use hover menus on a page
Toggle Pan/Zoom - This will toggle -ms-touch-action:none on the body element (disables/enables pan/zoom) - Great for pages that require mousemove events (ex: HTML5 games)
